Spring Parade Home Honored with Best Kitchen Award

Benchmark Wood Studio is please to have designed and crafted the intricate custom cabinetry and millwork throughout Mike Schaap Builder's 2018 Spring Parade home. The event, hosted by the Lakeshore Home Builders Association, has also selected this mountain modern home to receive the Best Kitchen award for the $1 million and up category. 

Judged by a panel of industry experts, the awards program recognizes Parade home builders in a variety of categories; Best Kitchen, Best Floor Plan, Best Curb Appeal, and Best Interior Elements in the various price ranges.

Dear friends, 

Last week the teams from Mike Schaap Builders, Benchmark Wood & Design Studios and HÓM by Benchmark took a short break to celebrate the joyous Christmas season. During this time we reflected on the year soon behind us and reveled in all that we accomplished.

We've seen the hand of God in every day and detail this last year and would like to continue to share this immense gratitude to all those that have joined us along the way.  From our wonderful clients and ttheir projects to the craftsmen and designers who complete them, we are so incredibly grateful.

Bekins Appliance took a visit to Mike Schaap Builder's 2017 Fall Parade home and has featured the kitchen design on their blog. Recognized for both performance and durability, this class lake home's kitchen was carefully designed by Benchmark Wood Studio and includes clever design details to conceal the appliances.
